Introduction
This Schedule of the General Terms and Conditions of Service provides information specific to the provision of Dedicated Server and Virtual Private Server (‘VPS’) services by Redcentaur Hosting. It should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions of Service and any other relevant Schedules, our policies and the order.
Specific definitions
Dedicated server
A dedicated server is a physical private server that is made available to you for your private use. The specification of the server we provide is provided and updated on our website from time to time.
Virtual Private Server (‘VPS’)
A Virtual Private Server or a Hybrid VPS is a virtual private server that we make available to you. A VPS is a subsection of a physical server that is separated and effectively provides the customer with access to a virtual computer. The specification of a VPS is listed and updated on our website from time to time.
Dedicated server services
Fees
The fees for a dedicated server and associated services are set out on our website at the time that you submit the order and are updated from time to time.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with our provision of the dedicated server within the first 30 days of the order acceptance you can cancel this agreement and we will refund you in accordance with the General Terms.
VPS server services
Fees
The fees for a VPS or Hybrid VPS server and associated services are set out on our website at the time that you submit the order and are updated from time to time.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with our provision of the VPS server within the first 30 days of the order acceptance you can cancel this agreement and we will refund you in accrodance with the General Terms.
Term
This Schedule commences on the date of the relevant order acceptance and continues in force until terminated under the General Terms.
