Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Within the Terms and Conditions of Use we use, you have the right to cancel an order for 30 calendar days after you have offered to purchase a product or service. You can go ahead and purchase the product or service before the end of this 30 day period in which case the cancellation period will be foreshortened. However, once payment has been received and an order has been accepted, you cannot cancel the order and our Returns policy becomes effective.

Returns

You can return an item to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item ust be in the original packaging and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

 Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Delivery costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage and packaging costs for returning the item. The P&P costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions and alterations

We are unable to refund costs for the delivery of certain services to you. Services that fall into this category include:

• Registration of domain names on your behalf;
• Delivery of SSL certificates to you or installed on your site; and,
• Web site security products.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a refund in the form of a credit note or discount to be used against our products and services.
